Pacific Demolition Ltd. was contracted to perform selective and structural demolition at a junior high school in Edmonton, AB.

The project involved hazardous materials abatement and structural demolition of a 1954 building and selective demolition of a 1914 building.  Our crews completed utility disconnects and interior strip out before using a combination of hand demolition and mechanical demolition with excavators to safely complete our scope of work.

This challenging project was completed as scheduled and with no impact to students or local residents.
