Pacific Demolition Ltd. was contracted to complete abatement and demolition of the old Atco North Service Centre in Edmonton, Alberta.  This project consisted of hazardous materials abatement and demolition of a two-storey brick and concrete structure. 

After completion of all demolition works, the site was restored to pre-construction conditions.
