Refinery Lubricant Warehouse

Project Category:
Industrial Demolition
Location:
Port Moody, BC

This project involved the demolition and excavation of redundant fuel storage infrastructure at an operational oil and gas terminal.

Our scope of work involved the structural separation and demolition of a former lubricant warehouse dating from the 1950s. Other structures decommissioned as part of this project included existing rail infrastructure, truck loading area, and below grade oil-water separation and drainage.  Work was sequenced and coordinated to facilitate minimal disruptions to ongoing terminal operations.
