Pacific Demolition Ltd. was contracted to deconstruct an idle groundwood and woodroom facility at an operating paper mill.  Our crews met the challenges of an aggressive schedule and nearby sensitive marine habitat while recovering as much recyclable assets as possible.  We demolished and processed 2,000 tons of concrete, 1,200 tons of steel and 150,000 lbs. of non-ferrous materials.  This project was completed ahead of schedule and at zero net cost to the owner due to the recovered assets.
