We were contracted to complete abatement and demolition work associated with the redevelopment of BC’s oldest hospital.  Our scope of work consisted of the abatement and demolition of the former nurses residence, main entrance / emergency building, power plant building, laundry & maintenance building, several underground service tunnels and the partial demolition of a former loading dock.

This project required a number of innovative demolition approaches to ensure the hospital remained in full operation and disturbances to patients were minimized.
