Objective: Develop Highwall Pushback in Fractured Conditions.

We successfully designed a highwall controlled blasting system that extended the life of an existing open pit mine by facilitating the recovery of additional gold.  In addition to completing the design of the blasting system, this project also involved controlled drilling and blasting for the final wall configuration.
