Pacific Demolition Ltd. demolished a decommissioned cold storage facility as well as the wharf it was built on in Vancouver, BC.

Our crews completed hazardous materials abatement prior to commencing demolition.  We protected the adjacent foreshore while working in a safe, environmentally conscious and economical manner in accordance with all applicable local, provincial and federal laws, regulations, bylaws and permits, including project permits issued by the Port of Vancouver.
